AST Overfill Prevention Valve – AA Series

The 9095AA valve is installed at the fill port of a storage tank. Designed for use in pressurized fill systems and requires a tight fill connection. The valve installs in a standard 6” NPT male riser connection and can be set to the desired 90% or 95% shut off level by using standard length pipe nipples.
Mechanical Test Mechanism for use with 9095A Series Valves

The Mechanical Test Mechanism allows a technician to pull the trip lever, activate the float and stop the fill at any time during the filling operation. The optional feature provides a simple verification the valve is operating properly.
AST Overfill Prevention Valve

Installed at the fill port of an aboveground storage tank. Used in a tight fill application, the valve terminates flow of product when the liquid level reaches a preset warning level (90-95% full). The valve is installed on a standard NPT male connection when used with the quick disconnect or female adaptor.

The 9095A-AV valve is installed at the fill port of a storage tank. Designed for use in pressurized fill systems and requires a tight fill connection. The valve installs in a standard 4” or 6” NPT male riser connection and can be set to the desired 90% or 95% shut off level by using standard length pipe nipples.

Designed for use in pressurized fill systems and requires a tight fill connection. The unique design can be used on low profile storage tanks requiring a high shut-off point. When installed to the manufacturer’s specifications, the overfill prevention valve can help eliminate hazardous spills. A mechanical test mechanism is available and sold separately.

The 9095DS valve is installed at the fill port of a storage tank. Designed for use in pressurized fill systems and requires a tight fill connection. The valve installs in a 2 inch female threaded opening of a low profile tank requiring a high level shut-off. The valve terminates the fill when the product reaches the preset level.
